Swan Ditching Service provides expert ditching and septic system installation for the Tyler/Lindale area of East Texas. Our services include septic system maintainence, repair, and aerobic system inspections as required by law. We are licensed by the State of Texas and we are members of the Better Business Bureau of Central East Texas and the Texas On-Site Wastewater Association.


Conventional and Aerobic

If you're in need of a septic system, our free site survey will determine of the best system for your needs in keeping with state and local regulations. We offer both residential and commercial systems. Our expert staff will examine the site and evaluate the soil before recommending a conventional or aerobic system. We will then provide you a written quote in a timely manner.


Hoot Aerobic Systems

Should the site evaluation result in the need for an aerobic system, we recommend Hoot Systems. These advanced wastewater systems are preferred when there are poor soil conditions or there isn't enough space for a conventional system. Because of the high quality of the design and materials used in these systems, they come with a three year warranty (fifty percent longer than the industry average).


Maintenance Contracts

Customers with an existing aerobic system in need of the state required tri-annual inspections can opt for our annual maintenance contract.
