Our annual maintenance contract helps ensure your safety and the operation of your wastewater system while providing the required reporting to Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The aerobic maintenance contract includes:

• Three system inspections per year as required by law
  
  
• Semi-annual sludge tests
  
  
• Chlorine residual test
  
  
• Water pump operations
  
  
• Air filter cleaning
  
  
• Sprinkler operation
  
  
• Electrical components check

We also offer a chlorine service contract. This monthly on-site check ensures that the chlorine level of your system is properly maintained providing a safe and reliable system for your family.
